Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Centralized Production Technician responsible for entering medication orders for facilities and ensuring that third-party claims are billed properly.

You will assist fellow technicians with training and daily functions, support billing and reporting, and may travel occasionally to HealthDirect Pharmacy. Strong data entry, organization and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AS degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy customer service is preferred.
• Proficient data entry and billing awareness.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient profiles and medication orders accurately.
• Ensure proper billing of third-party claims.
• Maintain updated information for patients and facilities.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Support monthly unbilled reports with the billing department.
