Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Pharmacy Customer Service Technician to enter medication orders for facilities and ensure third‑party claims are billed correctly. You will help train colleagues, maintain patient data, and oversee monthly facility billing while coordinating with HealthDirect Pharmacy for implementation and support.

Travel may be required; you will train new staff and manage unbilled reports with the billing department as part of a dynamic regional team.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of service in a related role.
• AS Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Two years’ experience as a pharmacy customer service technician required.

Responsibilities

• Enter medication orders accurately for facilities.
• Bill Third-Party claims properly and timely.
• Assist with training and daily functions for technicians.
• Maintain patient and facility data accuracy.
• Process monthly billing and credits for each facility.
• Support new home setup and regional implementation.
• Occasional travel to HealthDirect Pharmacy may be required.
• Orient and train new employees as needed.
• Oversee unbilled reports with billing dept.
• Produce daily unbilled reports and maintain data entry production.
• Coordinate with external services impacting customer service.

Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects related to entering the medication orders for various facilities.Ensuring that all Third-Party claims are billed properly. Assist fellow technicians with training and daily functionsJob Duties:Responsible for accurate data entry of patient profiles and medicationsMaintaining accurate information for patients and facilitiesResponsible for billing and crediting each facility appropriately and accurately each monthAssist in new home setup and implementation across the regionMay be required to travel occasionally to a HealthDirect PharmacyAssist in orienting and training new employeesWork with the billing department to oversee the completion of individuals unbilled reportsAssign daily unbilled reportsMaintain and demonstrate top tier data entry production as determined by ManagerHelps in managing outside services that have an impact on HealthDirect customer service (ex.
