Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Centralized Controller to oversee accounting operations for our luxury portfolio of hotels and resorts. You will ensure accurate month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and timely financial reporting across multiple properties, partnering with property leaders and corporate finance.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive hospitality finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA designation preferred.
• Proven experience managing accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, USALI, and hospitality accounting practices.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee month-end and year-end close processes, maintain balance sheet integrity, support audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Experience with condo-hotel accounting, owner reporting, and multi-entity accounting structures is advantageous.
