Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Centralized Controller to supervise the centralized accounting operations for its portfolio of 20+ luxury properties. You will oversee month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting in line with USALI and GAAP, partnering with property teams to strengthen controls and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes training and mentoring property accountants while driving standardization and efficiency across the organization’s accounting

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive hospitality finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience with financial reporting, internal controls, and centralized multi-property accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized accounting operations for the portfolio of hotels and resorts.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of monthly close and financial reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity, support audits, and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with property leadership and corporate finance to monitor performance and cash flow.
