A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Centralized Appointment Scheduler to manage patient scheduling and registration. This role involves interacting with patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate information is recorded while maintaining high standards of customer service. The position offers a hybrid work option after training, emphasizing the importance of patient confidentiality and effective communication.
Centralized Appointment Scheduler (Clinic) (Finance)
The Centralized Appointment Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and registering patients for services utilizing the NextGen practice management system. The Central Appointment Scheduler will have interactions with patients and their families, physicians, physician office personnel and others in obtaining and recording the information necessary for effective scheduling and accurate registration while maintaining a focus on customer service and patient confidentiality.
Schedule for this role will be 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
After initial training/orientation onsite, the role has hybrid option available.
