Holman is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Accounting Department in Vancouver, WA. You will coach a team, manage SLAs, monitor metrics, and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for high-volume operational workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
• Own day-to-day execution against SLAs, throughput targets, backlog goals, and quality metrics; act on deviations.
• Monitor workload, SLA performance, throughput, backlog aging, and use data to drive staffing and escalation decisions.
• Oversee output to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and controls.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and training materials.
• Manage escalation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration for process improvements.
• Participate in talent acquisition activities, including interviewing and hiring recommendations.
• Lead scheduling, timecard review, attendance, and time-off approvals in line with policy.
• Foster accountability, professionalism, and strong customer service.
