Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Lab Tech Ops on the Central Weigh line in Branchburg, NJ. This is an onsite, 2nd shift role with Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM schedule. The position involves weighing and dispensing raw materials, recording batch data, using SAP for inventory transactions, and maintaining cGMP and OSHA safety compliance.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in related field.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Knowledge in manufacturing, warehousing, and/or inventory management is desirable.
Experience in laboratory operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders, inventory management, and warehouse management following SOPs and batch records.
Record methods, materials, and results in batch records.
Utilize SAP for inventory transactions of raw materials, dispensed materials, and IOR.
Ensure accurate inventory by monitoring and adjusting materials as needed.
Manage schedules, workload and establish priorities using inputs from business requirements, SAP, and customer needs.
Respond to changing priorities and schedule work to meet current and future needs.
Work in a team environment to meet department goals.
Keep supervisor informed on status of projects and findings.
Adhere to cGMP and OSHA safety regulations.
Attend required training and ensure training compliance.
Maintain labs, warehouse, and satellite areas in cGMP compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
