Qualifications

• Experience with commercial/industrial boiler and chiller systems.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Knowledge of safety codes and regulations.
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on central utility equipment.
• Install, maintain, repair piping systems including steam, hot water, condensate, and related systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; troubleshoot equipment; ensure code compliance.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Coordinate with other trades and facility personnel to ensure reliable operations.
