Job summary

The University of Oklahoma Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Director of Development to manage a portfolio of major gift donors ($25,000+) and raise funds for the Mewbourne College of Earth & Energy.

The role reports to the Senior Director and partners with OU Foundation colleagues, faculty, staff, and leadership on the Norman campus to build and implement a strategic fundraising plan. The position is on-site in Norman, Oklahoma, with regular regional travel and a track record of advancing complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4-8 progressive experience in fundraising, sales and/or gift planning-related roles required.
• Master's degree or CFRE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of major gift donors ($25,000+) to raise funds for the Mewbourne College of Earth & Energy.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategy to meet individual and team fundraising goals.
• Collaborate with OU Foundation colleagues, faculty, staff and administrative leadership on the Norman campus.
