Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Group Manager to lead and grow the Building Engineering Services group in Central Texas (San Antonio, Austin, Round Rock). You will partner with operations leaders to shape strategy, drive project delivery, and advance multidisciplinary design across markets.

With a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 10 years of leadership experience, you will manage diverse teams, uphold HDR values, and contribute to HDR's employee-owned culture while delivering high-quality
