Lafayette Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Ernest Health, Inc., seeks a Central Supply Supervisor in Lafayette, IN to lead the Central Supply team. You will oversee sterilization, preparation of equipment for patient care, and the distribution of supplies across hospital departments.

You will maintain inventory records, uphold quality and safety standards, and align daily practice with the hospital’s mission and guiding principles while collaborating with departments and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years' of experience in material management preferred.
• Or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• General computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations of the Central Supply department and staff.
