Job summary

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation & Healing Center is seeking a qualified Warehouse/Materials Clerk to handle receiving, storing and replenishing supplies across the facility. Role emphasizes accurate receiving, organized inventory control and timely restocking to support daily operations.

This full-time position requires attention to detail, familiarity with purchasing processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required.
• Familiarity with inventory, ordering, and purchasing systems, bills offloading, freight bills.
• Must be organized.
• Must have computer knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Must have working knowledge of Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries into building, checking packing slips for purchase orders for any discrepancies.
• Perform functions relative to receiving, storing and inventory control of the supplies utilized throughout the facility.
• Maintain the Central Supply area in an organized fashion, reviewing expiration dates, and restocking routinely.
• Ensure needed supplies are delivered to the floors as ordered in good condition and on time.
• Restock each unit's stock room and other indicated storage areas according to weekly par levels.
• Deliver and pick up broken/repaired equipment.
• Follow the supply requisition system to monitor product utilization and avoid over-supply.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Main Function:

Performs activities associated with the receiving, storing and replenishing supplies

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries into building, checking packing slips for purchase orders for any discrepancies
• Perform functions relative to receiving, storing and inventory control of the supplies utilized throughout the facility
• Maintain the Central Supply are in an organized fashion, reviewing expiration dates, and restocking routinely
• Ensure needed supplies are delivered to the floors as ordered in good conditions and on time
• Restock each unit's stock room, as well as any other indicated storage areas, according to the par levels indicated weekly.
• Deliver and pick up broken/repaired equipment
• Follow the supply requisition system to monitor product utilization and avoid over-supply
• Perform other duties as requested.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lifting, bending, pushing and pulling up to 50 LBS. This job requires long periods of physical work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

SHIFT DESCRIPTION

7:00 am to 3:00 P.M on Monday- Friday
