Fiesta Park Wellness & Rehabilitation in Albuquerque, NM seeks an outstanding Certified Nursing Assistant to order, distribute, and maintain supplies and equipment for continuous and timely resident care.

The CNA will manage medical supply inventory and perform timely data entry for issues and returns, coordinating with nursing staff to ensure seamless resident care. Candidates must have NM CNA certification and a high school diploma; one year of skilled nursing facility experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates ordering and inventory of house stock with nursing staff; rotates stocked items daily and maintains monthly inventory.
• Orders and maintains inventory of supplies and fills requests according to procedures.
• Places central supply and vendor orders weekly to maintain adequate inventory; ensures timely shipping.
• Maintains records of resident payor status (Medicare/Medicaid/Private) and notes changes in status.
• Maintains purchase order system and forwards invoices to accounts payable for non e-procurement orders.
• Utilizes DSSI e-procurement system and PCC for resident charge capture if applicable.

Your Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Active CNA certification in the state of practice, required.
• Knowledge of Medical terminology and supplies.
• One year of work experience in skilled nursing facility preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinates the ordering of all house stock and chargeable supplies with nursing and other staff; Takes inventory of and rotates stocked items daily and maintains monthly inventory of all nursing supplies.
• Orders and maintains inventory of supplies and fills requests according to procedures.
• Places central supply and vendor orders on a weekly basis, to maintain adequate inventory as demonstrated by requisition order; Insures timely shipping of orders.
• Maintains accurate records of resident payor status i.e.: Medicare, Medicaid, Skilled or Private; Maintains accurate records of resident requirements for supplies; Notifies changes in resident status i.e.: death, discharge, change in Doctor’s order.
• Maintain purchase order system, assure that all purchase orders and invoices are forwarded to accounts payable for non e-procurement orders.
• Utilize the DSSI e-procurement system and PCC for resident charge capture if applicable.
