Job summary

HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center in Phoenix is seeking a Central Sterile Processing Technician. You will support instrument decontamination, prep, sterilization, and delivery to the Perioperative team.

Working 6:30am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday in the OR Central Sterile department, you will assemble case carts, document processes, and help maintain instrument readiness to support safe, efficient surgeries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sterile processing training or certification preferred.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred.
• ≥10 months CSPD experience required.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate instrumentation and medical equipment using chemicals and automated devices.
• Assemble, prep and pack instrumentation; inspect for cleanliness and function.
• Sterilize instruments and monitor processes for proper validation.
• Assemble case carts and manage sterile storage with supply coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
