Qualifications

• Graduate of Central Sterile Tech is required.
• In lieu of CST certificate, 3 years of Central Sterile experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains standards for set assembly, decontamination, inspection, containerizing and sterilizing instruments accurately and timely.
• Performs sterilization, assembly and storage of medical supplies and equipment.
• Collaborates with Perioperative Nursing staff to provide sterile instrument sets, equipment and case carts accurately and timely.
• Assists in maintaining a consistent workflow and provides superior customer service.
