Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
• Minimum five years in sterile processing or related healthcare setting.
• Experience as a preceptor, educator, trainer, supervisor, or clinical instructor.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Teach didactic, laboratory, hybrid, and clinical courses.
• Coordinate clinical learning experiences with healthcare partners.
• Support program assessment and quality improvement.
• Promote student success, credential attainment, and workforce readiness.
