Responsibilities

• Coordinate Central Staffing by working with department managers to determine coverage needs.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to efficiently meet patient care demands.
• Enter staffing data for inpatient units accurately and in real time.
• Forecast staffing needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver regular reports on staffing metrics to leadership.
• Maintain daily shift operations in staffing office and document changes in API system.
• Lead scheduling system training for departments and employees.
