Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in Good Standing with The Florida Bar within twelve (12) months of appointment.
• Experience in garnishment proceedings, rule petitions, public records requests, or court ethics matters.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal research and analysis for the Office of the State Courts Administrator and Florida courts.
• Offer counsel and representation on ethics matters and contract reviews.
• Research and monitor civil and branch-related legislation.
• Coordinate fulfilling public records requests and support court programs.
