Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited law school with admission to The Florida Bar.
• At least five years of practice experience, including supervisory or managerial work as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda of law for trial court judges.
• Draft proposed orders and participate in court proceedings as needed.
• Assist judges with civil, appellate, family, and probate matters and ensure timely completion of assignments.
