A leading insurance group in Chicago seeks a full-time Central Services Support Technician I. This role involves processing various types of insurance claims and requires strong data entry precision along with effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, performs clerical and data entry tasks that assist in the processing of WC, Liability, and Subrogation claims. This position requires considerable team interaction and collaboration. Moderate interaction with the claims team, clients, management, and other TRISTAR staff in the office and within the organization is also expected. This is a full-time in-office position located in our Chicago office.
