Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a focused data entry technician responsible for entering medication orders for multiple facilities and maintaining accurate patient and facility information.

You will assist with billing processes, monitor unbilled reports, help train new staff, and coordinate with the billing department to ensure timely, error-free claims and compliance with regulatory training.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate data for patient profiles and medications
• Enter medication orders for facilities
• Maintain up-to-date patient and facility information
• Assist billing by preparing and crediting facilities monthly
• Aid in new home setup and regional implementation
• Assist in orienting and training new employees
• Collaborate with billing to complete unbilled reports
• Assign daily unbilled reports
• Maintain high data-entry productivity as directed by management
• Assist in coordinating external services affecting customer service (e.g., INFINX, SDS)
• Meet productivity metrics set by Regional Manager of Operations
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training

Ensuring that all Third-Party claims are billed properly. Assist fellow technicians with training and daily functions

Job Duties

• Responsible for accurate data entry of patient profiles and medications
• Responsible for all aspects related to entering medication orders for various facilities
• Maintaining accurate information for patients and facilities
• Responsible for billing and crediting each facility appropriately and accurately each month
• Assist in new home setup and implementation across the region
• Assist in orienting and training new employees
• Work with the billing department to oversee the completion of individuals unbilled reports
• Assign daily unbilled reports
• Maintain and demonstrate top tier data entry production as determined by Manager
• Helps in managing outside services that have an impact on HealthDirect customer service (ex. INFINX, SDS)
• Demonstrate ability to hit and maintain key productivity measures as determined by Regional Manager of Operations
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
