The Central Sales Group Specialist is responsible for managing group sales opportunities for a portfolio of Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of group sales processes, Hyatt sales systems, and hospitality industry best practices. The Specialist manages inbound group inquiries from multiple lead sources, qualifies opportunities, prepares proposals, negotiates business, and provides exceptional client service throughout the sales cycle.
Working closely with hotel teams, the Central Sales Specialist uses Envision and other sales technology to respond promptly to leads, align opportunities with each hotel's revenue strategy, and optimize conversion rates. Success in this role is measured by the ability to efficiently manage a high-volume sales pipeline while driving revenue growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The salary range for this position is $66,200 - $75,000. This position is also eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
