The Role

The CHS Analyst is a member of the CHS Performance Hub and primarily supports Central Sales Management (CSM) leaders and participating hotels through accurate and timely administration of the group sales lifecycle.

  • Support an assigned portfolio of participating hotels and CSM leaders through accurate and timely completion of group sales administration activities.
  • Prepare and maintain group contracts using approved templates and established terms, along with group details, rooming lists, billing instructions, and other required documentation.
  • Maintain group blocks, reservation information, event details, and related data in Hyatt-approved systems, including Envision, Reserve, Opera, and Cvent; validate information for accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution.
  • Coordinate with CSM, on-property sales, reservations, front office, finance, and operations teams to identify and help resolve discrepancies, escalating exceptions as appropriate.
  • Prepare, validate, and distribute routine and ad hoc sales reports to support hotel and Central Sales leader visibility and decision-making.
  • Distribute group leads and work assignments received via phone, email, and other designated intake channels across assigned portfolios in accordance with established routing rules, coverage plans, and service standards.
  • Research assigned hotels and prepare onboarding materials, system information, and portfolio reference documentation for new or transitioning hotels.
  • Organize and prioritize assigned work across multiple hotels and leaders, communicate status, and elevate time-sensitive requests, risks, or competing priorities as appropriate.
  • Cross-train in CSM Business Travel support, including assigned transient rate-loading and distribution-validation activities, and in defined CRM support activities based on business needs and demonstrated proficiency.
  • Support consistent processes, accurate data, and efficient service delivery across the CHS Performance Hub.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
  • Minimum one year of experience in hotel operations, sales, reservations, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Ability to work with data and maintain accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests while meeting established deadlines.
  • Must have a productive and professional home office workspace.
Experience Preferred:
  • Experience in hotel sales, reservations, operations, or group servicing preferred.
  • Experience with Envision, Opera, Reserve, Cvent, or similar hotel systems preferred.

The hourly rate range for this position is $33.50/hour-$36.00/hour.

The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
