Job summary

ALO is seeking a Regional Asset Protection Manager, Central to lead AP across Central US sanctuaries. The role emphasizes AI-enabled analysis, risk assessment, and partnerships with Retail Ops and Legal. Remote-friendly with Dallas-based basis, it supports a growing multi-district portfolio in the Central DFW area.

The candidate will investigate theft, manage physical security, and drive preventive measures using data and technology, including AI tools, RFID, CCTV, and POS reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in retail Asset Protection, loss prevention, investigations, law enforcement, private security, risk management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of multi-unit, field-based Asset Protection experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience across multiple locations.
• Experience conducting internal and external theft, fraud, and integrity investigations.
• Strong analytical ability with data-driven loss-reduction and risk-mitigation focus.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled technology to enhance analysis, investigations, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze shrink results and develop strategies to address theft and loss.
• Drive shrink-reduction goals across districts and communicate initiatives to field teams.
• Identify high-risk sanctuaries and develop action plans.
• Conduct risk and site-vulnerability assessments and recommend security improvements.
• Prepare regular Asset Protection summaries and KPI trend analyses.
• Partner with leadership to align protection with sales and operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams on technology, investigations, and safety initiatives.
• Travel extensively across Central DFW up to 80%.
