Job summary

This role involves developing and implementing effective Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field, 5-7 years of EHS management experience, and strong leadership skills. The position requires significant travel (40-50%) and offers a salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in EHS management.
• At least 2 years managing multi-site/regional responsibilities.
• Expert knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
• Drive a proactive safety culture across the Central Region.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
