Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Central Processing Assistant Manager to support daily operations of the Central Processing department. You will assist the Central Processing Manager to meet production, payroll, and customer service goals while ensuring adherence to merchandise guidelines and company policies.

The role includes supervising staff, training, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment, with responsibilities spanning safety, operations, and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of retail sales experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory/management experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Support monthly production goals and department operations per policy.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, scheduling, training, and supervising employees.
