Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Central Processing Assistant Manager to support daily operations of the Central Processing department. This role assists the Central Processing Manager in achieving production and payroll goals while ensuring staff meet production standards, merchandise guidelines, customer service expectations, mission objectives, and company policies.

The incumbent provides leadership, training, and operational oversight to maintain a safe, productive work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of retail sales experience.
• Minimum of one year of management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to supervise and train employees in production operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment following Kaizen principles and safety procedures.
• Support monthly production goals and department operations.
• Assist with merchandising to support Ecommerce revenue goals and follow pricing guidelines.
• Ensure staff maintain positive relationships and promote Goodwill programs.
• Prepare accurate reports and payroll control; maintain Kaizen inspections and checklists.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, and supervising staff; lead weekly trainings.
