Hyatt Regency Atlanta seeks an experienced facilities operator to monitor and maintain central plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, and pumps. You will manage AHU scheduling for meeting spaces and perform essential life safety inspections while tracking utility use.
Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or GED and a 4th Class Boiler Operator License, plus at least four years in PM, troubleshooting, and repairs in similar facilities involving chillers, pumps, and boilers.
Monitor, operate and maintain central plant equipment to include low pressure boilers and ancillary equipment, centrifugal chillers and associated pumps, cooling towers and associated pumps. Additional responsibilities include maintenance of HVAC equipment, scheduling start/stop of AHUs serving meeting space, basic inspections and maintenance of life safety systems and logging and monitoring of building utility consumption.
