Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of facility maintenance experience to include cogeneration/power plant operation.
• Trade school HVAC/electrical or equivalent required.
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of cooling towers, boilers, chillers and plant equipment ensuring guest comfort.
• Performs preventive maintenance, maintains logs, and plans routine shutdowns.
• Documents operating data and coordinates with leads on issues.
• Collabs with HVAC/Electrical to troubleshoot building systems.
• Responds to emergencies after hours to mitigate safety risks and damage.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
