Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience.
• Experience supervising staff and directing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff through daily interactions, goal setting, and performance assessment.
• Plan and develop work methods to meet schedules with available personnel and equipment.
• Inspect work in process for quality and timely completion.
• Train employees in new methods to reduce costs.
• Prepare estimates of proposed job costs for efficient resource use.
• Develop, implement, and measure operational/process improvements.
• Maintain records of time cards and absences for policy compliance.
• Assist in capital and operations budgeting as part of annual process.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and engineers on equipment operations.
