Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with central utility plant systems is required.
• Ability to interpret gauges, meters, and BAS outputs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust central plant systems including boilers, chillers, pumps, and BAS.
• Respond to alarms and perform corrective actions within authority.
• Conduct routine maintenance, log readings, and maintain CMMS entries.
• Assist in emergency operations and provide turnover reports for 24/7 operations.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE; participate in drills.
