• Ability to analyze indicators, alarms, computers and instruments to detect abnormal conditions.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls related to engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze indicators, alarms, computers and instruments to detect abnormal conditions and correct faults.
• Isolate and bypass faults or call engineering staff to restore services.
• Respond to emergency calls during normal hours for air conditioning, elevators and other duties.
• After hours, respond to trouble calls for engineering systems and monitor critical areas (blood bank, kitchens, morgues).
• Operate air conditioning auxiliary equipment and monitor water treatment and related systems.
