Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot and repair air conditioning utility systems and boiler plant utility systems.
• Use DDC controls to monitor and adjust air handling, medical gas, water pumps and related systems.
• Continuously monitor gauges and sensors, perform repairs and maintenance for proper operation.
• Start, adjust, stop and perform operational repairs and calibration of plant equipment.
• Physical requirements include working in hot, confined spaces and climbing stairs/ladders.
