Job summary

You will operate and maintain high-pressure boilers, chillers, HVAC/R, and electronic controls to support critical clinical and life-safety environments, ensuring compliance and operational readiness daily. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and monitoring across a 24/7 schedule with some night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining boilers, chillers, and HVAC/R systems.
• Ability to interpret diagrams, manuals, and control logic for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot boiler and chiller plants, ensuring continuous operation.
• Monitor BAS/SCADA platforms and adjust controls for safety and efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/R equipment and water treatment systems.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, isolating equipment and coordinating repairs.
• Document logs, test results, and compliance with NFPA/ASHRAE standards.
