Job summary

STRATA Networks in Roosevelt, Utah, is seeking a Wireless CO Technician to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom and network equipment. This hands-on role supports daily network operations, monitors performance, and ensures reliable service for STRATA customers.

You will install and troubleshoot copper and fiber, manage virtual machines, and work with Windows and Linux servers. The position requires on-call duties, lifting up to 100 pounds, and adherence to safety procedures.

STRATA Networks is seeking a skilled **Wireless CO Technician** to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications and network equipment. **What You Bring to the Team**

• Knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as T1, OC3, and SS7.
• Knowledge of IP networks and routing.
• Working knowledge of wireless technologies including LTE, VoLTE, Voice over Wi-Fi, and 5G.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows servers and virtual environments such as VMware or OpenStack.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment and Physical Demands**

• Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated locations.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical activities and lift **100 pounds or more**
