Clark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Southeast Michigan, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while coordinating with clients, teams, and partners.

You will also collaborate with Business Development to identify and secure future opportunities, contributing to Clark's expanding presence in Michigan from Ann Arbor and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Knowledge of construction operations and evolving tools.
• Proficiency with data automation tools and MS Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with superintendents and management to allocate resources.
• Set priorities and adjust plans to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Define roles and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Develop execution plans with risk management and QA.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear client and team communication.
