Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs proper specimen/blood product collections with correct labeling.
• Provides excellent patient and customer service using AIDET principles.
• Manages specimen accessioning and processing to ensure quality results.
• Reviews registration and billing information to support regulatory compliance.
• Communicates effectively with team members to optimize performance.
