Job summary

Dierbergs Markets, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Production Associate for our Central Kitchen in Bridgeton, Missouri. You will help produce high-quality prepared foods in a fast-paced environment and support various production areas as needed.

You’ll be trained to operate relevant equipment, follow recipes and food safety guidelines, and work overtime when required. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Open availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally), push/pull cart up to 260lbs.
• Ambition and willingness to learn all aspects of our production environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce food items following recipes and quality standards.
• Operate common kitchen equipment as trained (wrappers, labelers, scales, slicers, ovens, mixers).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the Central Kitchen.
• Meet production goals and quality standards.
