Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company operates Break Time locations and is seeking a Production Associate to work in a Columbia, MO, commercial kitchen. You will assemble and package sandwiches and other items for retail sale, following high standards for food preparation, cleanliness, and company policies for efficient operations.

The role involves a team-based environment with strict adherence to safety, quality, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and wall charts to prepare a variety of food products in a timely manner, ensuring consistency and quality per company policy.
• Follow all company standards for production, quality, cleanliness, food safety and packaging procedures.
• Carefully monitor weights and measurements while following recipes and supervisor directions.
• Prepare product packaging and labeling in a 50°F commercial kitchen and assist with route load assembly per instructions.
• Safely use meat slicer and other kitchen tools during food preparation.
• Adhere to FIFO inventory rotation and proper stock handling.
