Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Central Investigator to lead ORC investigations and asset protection efforts across a specified area. You will leverage store systems, CCTV, and data analysis to identify theft indicators, coordinate with field teams, and work with law enforcement to pursue prosecution and restitution.

You will train and coach partners, manage case loads, and report to the Central Investigations Manager in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of Loss Prevention/Asset Protection investigative experience.
• Competent in the use of retail CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize store systems and data queries to identify theft indicators.
• Execute CCTV alerts and SSC alerts to detect internal and external theft.
• Build and manage case files with documentation and video.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and provide updates to management on caseload.
