Job summary

Kroger Health & Wellness is seeking a Central Fill Lead Pharmacy Technician for a mid-shift role. You will guide and direct associates to ensure accuracy, safety, quality, and regulatory standards daily, while upholding the company's values.

You will train and mentor new technicians, maintain required registrations, and collaborate with shift supervision to implement SOPs and drive continuous improvement in the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; maintain confidentiality of information.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain current state and/or national registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to meet department standards and delegate as needed.
• Mentor and train new technicians through the training program.
• Train and support day-to-day for pharmacy associates.
• Maintain required registrations and licenses per state rules.
• Support SOP development and ensure associate compliance.
• Communicate shift issues to management and assist in resolutions.
