Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the Central Region to lead regional marketing strategy, events, partner programs, and customer engagement initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue. You will collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Partner teams, manage budgets, and measure program ROI while traveling up to 40-50% across the Central region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Marketing
• Experience managing end-to-end event planning and regional marketing programs
• Experience within technology/IT services or channel partner ecosystems is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to travel 40–50% across the Central region

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region
• Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals
• Present program plans and performance metrics to leadership
• Manage event logistics including venues, contracts, catering, and AV
• Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and Partner Marketing for participation and follow-up
• Measure program effectiveness via pipeline influence, engagement, ROI, and sponsorship performance
• Maintain Field Marketing calendar and coordinate national logistics
• Support national initiatives and manage budgets and vendor invoices
• Build executive presentations and program summaries using Excel and PowerPoint
• Prepare internal docs like event briefs and strategy documents
• Provide proactive operational support for flawless execution
