OMES seeks a Central Benefits Partner I to manage a comprehensive benefits program for state employees in Oklahoma. You will administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and FSA/HSA accounts, assist in enrollments, and ensure ACA compliance.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or HR and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with Workday experience considered a plus and a strong focus on customer service.

Salary up to $60,500 based on education and experience.

This position works in a comfortable work environment a large percentage of the workday. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild. This position requires standing, bending, crouching, lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds, and climbing stairs. Occasional travel may be required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; and Three (3) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess Experience with Health Care Accounts and Dependent Savings Accounts Experience with reporting Microsoft Excel skills A background in benefits Workday experience.
