Qualifications

• 4-10 years relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems.
• Broad knowledge of real estate disciplines (architecture, construction, space planning, engineering).
• Finance principles to manage P&L of assets.
• Knowledge of real estate law and related documents (leases, contracts, deeds).
• Assessment, planning and work organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio management and value-add initiatives.
• Oversee outsourced facilities personnel and project management.
• Partner with Transactions Management and Design & Construction for continuity and spaces.
• Optimize portfolio expenses and capital expenditure.
• Manage landlord and property-manager relations and leasehold obligations.
• Review and approve CAMs, taxes, and other charges.
