Job summary

BGE, Inc. seeks an experienced Central Arkansas Leader to grow and strengthen our presence in the Central Arkansas market. You will help grow client relationships, lead teams, support project delivery, and shape the next phase of growth in Arkansas.

The right candidate will bring a strong mix of technical credibility, business development confidence, and people leadership. ARDOT experience and PE licensure are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering or related professional services experience with client-facing delivery.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, operations, projects, or a technical practice.
• Professional licensure in one of BGE’s business lines; PE licensure in Arkansas is a strong plus.
• Experience developing client relationships, supporting business development, and helping win work in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering project delivery, design coordination, and multi-discipline collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Central Arkansas office operations with a focus on growth, client service, team development, and consistent project delivery.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with public and private clients, local agencies, and industry contacts.
• Partner with BGE leaders across offices to bring the right resources and solutions to clients.
• Support business development efforts, including market strategy, client positioning, proposals, and pursuit planning.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability for local team members through coaching and development.
• Oversee project execution with attention to quality, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent BGE in client meetings, community conversations, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
