Job summary

BGE, Inc. seeks an experienced Central Arkansas Leader to grow and strengthen our presence in the Arkansas market. This high-impact role requires building trusted client relationships, leading teams, and guiding project delivery while shaping the next phase of growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive civil engineering or related professional services experience with client-facing project delivery.
3–5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, operations, projects, or a technical practice.
PE licensure preferred; AR licensure strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Central Arkansas office operations with focus on growth, client service, and project delivery.
Build and expand relationships with public and private clients, agencies, and industry contacts.
Collaborate with leaders across offices to marshal resources and solutions for clients.
Support business development: market strategy, proposals, presentations, and pursuit planning.
Provide mentorship and accountability for local teams through coaching and development.
Oversee project execution with emphasis on quality, schedule, budget, and compliance.
