Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience operating machinery.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts meeting drawings and specifications safely.
• Grind profile on the automatic feeder.
• Use gauges such as Go/No-Go and micrometers for inspection.
• Perform SPC checks and document results.
• Set up and operate grinding equipment; assist with tool and material readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work practices on the shop floor.
