Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year in a plasma center with training/preceptor experience.
• Strong planning and coordination of training resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train staff at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as needed and maintain GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support all ADMA BioCenter training initiatives.
• Ensure personnel complete required training and demonstrate competency.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Generate training reports and provide feedback to leadership.
