You will drive growth by engaging local referral sources, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining safety standards, and overseeing staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, lift up to 50 pounds.

This role blends hands-on clinical care with operational leadership, overseeing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.

What you'll do
