Concentra is seeking a Center Therapy Director to lead a clinical team and provide direct patient care in a center setting. You will drive outcomes, staffing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration while ensuring compliance with state regulations and the organization’s occupational medicine philosophy.

The role emphasizes exceptional patient experience, leadership in therapy staff, and proactive engagement with employers and payers to support center growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Valid licensure as required by the jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in therapy services (physical/occupational).
• Strong leadership and administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Spend 100% in a center providing direct patient care and lead by example.
• Manage center metrics and accountability for outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with Center policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive patient experience, referrals, and scheduling workflow.
• Oversee staffing, professional development, and collaboration across disciplines.
• Foster relationships with employers, payers, and referral sources.
• Ensure documentation integrity, coding accuracy, and compliance.
